The Rams are signing free agent QB Carson Wentz.

Fantasy Impact: Wentz is expected to backup Matthew Stafford for the Rams. He has been throwing and studying film with Jon Gruden in Tampa Bay. The Rams are on bye, with Stafford having a chance to return next week. If not, it will be Wentz under center.
