Former Southeastern Louisiana QB Cole Kelley is signing with the Washington Commanders as an UDFA.
Fantasy Impact: The Commanders have now brought in two rookie quarterbacks, adding both Kelley and Sam Howell from this year’s class. They look to have an open competition for the starting quarterback spot this season, and that won’t exclude Kelley.
