According to sources, Former Titans’ WR Corey Davis will sign a three-year, $37.5M deal with the New York Jets. He’ll reportedly get $27 million guaranteed.
Fantasy Impact: Talk about a pay-day. Davis lands with the Jets and will likely become their WR1 immediately. Jamison Crowder is a UFA, and Denzel Mims didn’t do much in his rookie campaign to compete with Davis. If the Jets can make a move for an elite QB like Russell Wilson or Deshaun Watson, lookout. Davis rebounded for his best season to date in 2020, posting 65 receptions for 984 yards and five touchdowns. He should be a target for fantasy managers next season as the leading candidate to soak up targets for the Jets.
