Dallas Cowboys HC Mike McCarthy told reporters that QB Dak Prescott has done some “light throwing” for the first time since leaving practice July 28th with a shoulder strain.
Fantasy Impact: We knew the shoulder injury was minor and that he would participate in handoff and footwork drills, but it seems like Prescott is a little ahead of schedule. The quarterback is now participating in some light throwing and should be 100 percent for the start of the season. Prescott was very productive last season in his five starts, before the injury. He should be able to do much of the same this year with a loaded Cowboys offense.
