Davis Allen impresses in increased role Sunday

Davis Allen caught 4-of-5 targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s 37-31 overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Impact: The Rams needed someone to step up with Tyler Higbee (neck) unavailable to play against Baltimore, and Allen was the guy to do it. He’s a fifth-round rookie that has logged a catch in just one other game this year, but he was able to come in and make a difference with 50 yards and a touchdown in what turned out to be a close loss in overtime. He likely won’t be relevant this year but is keeping on the radar in dynasty leagues.
