According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, former USFL QB E.J. Perry is signing with the Houston Texans.
Fantasy Impact: Perry, a two-time All-Ivy League First Team QB at Brown, went undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft. He had stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Texans, never making the active rosters, before joining the USFL in 2023. Though he only started one game for the Michigan Panthers, he’s getting a second stint with the Texans. Behind rookie QB C.J. Stroud are Davis Mills and Case Keenum, a group of veterans that will be tough to beat out for a job for Perry.
