Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (illness) returned to Sunday’s practice after missing the team’s second preseason game on Thursday due to suffering a stomach illness, per Josh Tolentino.
Fantasy Impact: Hurts’ return to practice is great news for a young team trying to form continuity with each other. His absence on Thursday resulted in an ugly 35-0 shutout loss against the New England Patriots. Hurts has elite rushing ability that elevates his stock in 1QB redraft leagues, as he ran for the ninth-most yards (357) amongst quarterbacks in just four starts for the Eagles during a tumultuous 2020 season. Hurts is currently valued as the QB9 in half-PPR formats, which he will certainly surpass if he averages 5.7 YPC again in 2021.
