Joe Flacco: in line to star in Week 13 if DTR (concussion) cannot start

According to Adam Schefter, with Browns’ rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson in concussion protocol, veteran Joe Flacco has been taking 1st-team reps and could be in line to start against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Flacco was added to the Browns as depth after the Deshaun Watson injury, but not the Super Bowl 42 MVP will have a realistic shot at starting on Sunday against the Rams. Flacco started four games for the Jets a year ago, throwing for over 1,000 yards and managing five touchdowns to three interceptions. He showed a propensity to target Garrett Wilson and perhaps will do the same with Amari Cooper.
