Josh Downs caught 8-of-12 targets for 57 yards and zero touchdowns in Colts’ 22-19 win over the Ravens.

Fantasy Impact: Downs continues to impress in his rookie season and appears to be slotted in as the second pass catching option in the Colts’ offense. The 22-year-old rookie remains a solid starting option moving forward, regardless if Gardner Minshew or Anthony Richardson are in at quarterback. Downs and the Colts will take on the Rams in Week 4.
