Browns’ RB Kareem Hunt is dealing with a groin injury and will be held out of Cleveland’s Wednesday practice ahead of the team’s Week 13 game against the Rams.
Fantasy Impact: Hunt was injured during the team’s Week 12 loss in Denver and did not find the end zone for the second straight game. Prior to that two-game drought, the veteran RB had found pay dirt in five straight games, cementing himself as the Browns’ goalline back. If Hunt is limited or out on Sunday against the Rams, Jerome Ford should see more of a three-down role, elevating him into the low-end RB2 conversation. Hunt will have a couple more chances to practice before getting an official game designation.
