Kerry Hyder Jr. signing with Texans

Kerry Hyder Jr. is signing a deal to join the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Hyder was recently released by the 49ers to make room for Randy Gregory, but now he will find himself with a new home in Houston. He’s signing with the Texans and will presumably play a depth role for the foreseeable future. He hasn’t been particularly dominant over the course of his career but could carve out a role for himself on Houston’s thin defense in the near future.
