The New York Giants are signing K Randy Bullock to their practice squad after holding tryouts on Thursday ahead of Week 9.
Fantasy Impact: Giants kicker Graham Gano is expected to be placed on injured reserve following knee surgery, which opens up space for Bullock. The former Titan has a career field goal percentage of 83.4% and nailed 43 of 51 attempts in his last two seasons with Tennessee. Though the Giants are a low-efficiency red-zone offense this season (31st in red-zone TD rate), which is usually conducive to kickers in fantasy, they also rank 30th in success rate, meaning trips don’t get that far that often. He will start on the practice squad as a call-up.
