Russell Wilson completed 21 of 28 passes for 223 yards and three touchdowns while adding 13 yards on four carries in Sunday’s 31-28 win over the Bears.
Fantasy Impact: It certainly appeared Wilson and the Broncos were headed to a dreadful 0-4 start, as they found themselves trailing 28-7 in the third quarter of Sunday’s game. However, Wilson and company got things going on the offensive side over the final 20 minutes, proceeding to outscore the Bears 24-0 the rest of the way. The veteran QB tossed two of his three TD passes on the afternoon during the comeback and now has nine scoring strikes through four games. Wilson is completing a strong 67.4 percent of his passes while averaging more than 250 yards per game to this point. With the Broncos defensive struggles, game scripts should continue to favor Wilson most weeks, making him a viable QB1 option in standard-depth leagues.
