New York Giants WR Sterling Shepard said he is right on schedule, maybe a little bit ahead, and is aiming on returning to the field for the start of the season following his ACL injury.
Fantasy Impact: Shepard tore his ACL in September shortly after making his return from a 2021 Achilles tear. Shepard has dealt with injury throughout his career, playing in just 32 games in his last four seasons. When healthy, Shepard has been productive, averaging over 53 yards per game and 11 yards per catch. Shepard could be a valuable piece in the Giants’ pass-catching rotation.
