Houston Texans WR Tank Dell returned to practice Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Dell was held out of Saturday’s preseason game with hamstring and back injuries. The rookie wide receiver is expected to compete for a starting role in the Texans’ offense so it sounds like his absence was just precautionary.
