Buffalo Bills LB Tremaine Edmunds will have his fifth-year option picked up by the team, per Ian Rapoport.
Fantasy Impact: Although Edmunds just turned 23 years old, he will return to Buffalo for his fourth season in 2021 with hopes of reaching his third Pro Bowl. Edmunds has recorded at least 115 tackles in each of his three seasons in Buffalo, sometimes operating as a coverage linebacker or hybrid safety, using his massive 6’5″, 250-pound frame to track down the ball carrier with punishing strength and deceptive speed. Bills’ head coach Sean McDermott will be happy to reunite with the two-time Pro Bowl nominee, as he brings continuity and familiarity within the system to lead the linebacker corps.
