Week 10 of the 2018 NFL season is in the books, and that means it’s time to look at fantasy football waiver wire pickups and free agent adds for Week 11. The percentages next to a player’s name explain what percentage of an FAAB budget should go toward that player on a waiver claim in a 12-team PPR format.

Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson (BAL, 0%)
Joe Flacco is nursing a hip injury, putting Lamar Jackson on the fantasy football radar should he miss any time (assuming he starts over Robert Griffin III). Jackson’s legs provide him with a steady rushing floor, and running quarterbacks are the Konami Code of fantasy football.
Running Backs
Elijah McGuire (NYJ, 4-6%)
Second-year running back Elijah McGuire missed the start of the season because he was on the Physically Unable to Perform list, but he is back now and earning a role in the Jets backfield. McGuire has seen eleven targets in two games since his return and he will be relevant in PPR formats if he can maintain that kind of receiving volume.
Rex Burkhead (NEP, 0-2%)
The Patriots marked Rex Burkhead as eligible to return when they placed him on Injured Reserve earlier this year, and he operated as the main goal line back in New England last year. While Sony Michel’s emergence casts some doubt as to how much of a role Burkhead will have when he gets back, he is still worth a speculative add as he makes his way back from injury.
Wide Receivers
Josh Reynolds (LAR, 8-10%)
Cooper Kupp tore his ACL in Week 10 against the Seahawks, so Josh Reynolds will have to step up as the Rams No. 3 receiver. When Kupp was hurt earlier this hurt, Reynolds was viable in fantasy, as he scored a pair of touchdowns while playing 69 of 78 snaps the last time Kupp was sidelined. The nature of the Rams’ high-octane offense means they can feed many mouths, so while Reynolds may not be a weekly starter for most fantasy football teams, he is certainly in play as a flex.
John Ross (CIN, 4-6%)
John Ross saw six targets in Week 10 and A.J. Green could be out until December, meaning the 2017 first-round pick will operate as the Bengals’ No. 2 wideout for the immediate future. Andy Dalton has supported multiple wide receivers all year long and his 4.2 speed means any target could go to the house.
Anthony Miller (CHI, 4-6%)
After a slow start to this rookie season, Anthony Miller has seen at least six targets in four consecutive games and has overtaken Taylor Gabriel for the No. 2 wide receiver role in Chicago. Miller was a dominant wideout at Memphis and the Bears are capable of supporting multiple fantasy-relevant wide receivers given Mitchell Trubisky’s improvement this year.
Tight Ends
Jeff Heuerman (DEN, 3-5%)
Jeff Heuerman stepped up to the plate after Demaryius Thomas was traded to Houston, totaling 10 targets in Week 9. Now, don’t expect double-digit targets every week as Emmanuel Sanders and Courtland Sutton are still the top dogs in the Denver passing game, but he is worth an add for tight end-needy teams given his target share in the one game sample we have of the Broncos without DT.
Ricky Seals-Jones (ARI, 1-3%)
Byron Leftwich has revitalized the Cardinals offense over the last few weeks, as he is getting his offense’s best playmakers more involved. Ricky Seals-Jones has seen 13 targets over the last two weeks (including nine last week) and has PPR upside if that trend continues, although the low-scoring nature of the Arizona offense limits his touchdown upside.
