Week 16 FanDuel Lineup Picks: Welcome to last week of FanDuel that you can count on a majority of star players giving you four quarters. Below are the players I particularly like this week, as well as a few lineup possibilities (play them at your own risk).

Quarterback
Cam Newton ($8,300) — Newton provides a solid floor but a high ceiling for GPPs (topped 30 points in two of last five games). Against the Bucs you should expect good things, though he was kept under 14 points against them in Week 8. However, he’s playing at a different level as the season comes to a close and had yet to establish his connection with Funchess at that point. This is also an important game for Carolina, with a win clinching a playoff berth, and they need to win the next two and hope for a Saints loss for the division.
Blake Bortles ($7,600) — Another great matchup (49ers) for Bortles, who has topped 23 points in three of his last four, and has dropped under 16 just onces over his last eight. He’s a great cash game play and as he has done twice over the last month, could surprise with a 25 spot.
Value Pick: Jay Cutler ($6,700)
Running Back
Kareem Hunt ($8,300) — He’s back in the elite tier after garnering at least 24 carries in each of the last two games. His huge 36-point performance came on the heels of 21 points the previous week. Because of his poor middle-stretch, he’s still priced lower than he should be, and has a good matchup with the Dolphins.
Dion Lewis ($6,700) — With Rex Burkhead out, and a very favorable matchup against the Bills, it’s hard not to like Lewis at this price in GPP. The fact that he still plays for the Patriots, which could mean 20+ carried for Mike Gillislee this week (I’m kidding, but not really), makes him sort of risky in cash games.
Value Picks: DeMarco Murray ($6,000); Joe Mixon ($6,100), Kerwynn Williams ($5,700)
Wide Receiver
Doug Baldwin ($7,300) — Don’t expect many to trust him or Wilson after last week’s disaster, but I like both to bounce back against Dallas. He’s matched up with an inexperienced cornerback in Xavier Woods, who has had only 23 targets in his young career. He should be peppered with targets throughout this one.
Tyreek Hill ($7,400) — Alternating boom with bust over the last four weeks, I like Hill in this matchup with the Dolphins rookie cornerback Cordrea Tankersley. The Chiefs still have plenty to play for as well.
Value Picks: Keelan Cole ($5,300); Kenny Stills ($5,600)
Tight End
Vernon Davis ($6,000) — Davis hasn’t produced like some had expected filling in for Jordan Reed, but Kirk Cousins keeps trying, targeting him 12 times over the last couple of weeks. The matchup with the Broncos is a good one. He’s the best of the cheaper options in GPP, but this might be a week to pay up at the tight end position, if you’ve given up on Davis already. I like Travis Kelce at $7,000 in a good matchup.
Value Pick: Ricky Seals-Jones ($5,200)
