Tom Brady completed 18-of-34 pass attempts on Sunday, throwing for a total of 190 yards to pair with one touchdown as the Buccaneers went on to beat the Saints in a 20-10 game.
Fantasy Impact: Brady has been extremely quiet to begin the season as he has passed for just two touchdowns over his first two games and he has already thrown his first interception of the season. The 45-year-old certainly hasn’t had the start to the year that managers had hoped for when they drafted him within the first 10 QB’s off the board. Fantasy managers should not worry too long about the veteran quarterback as he has faced two potent defenses so far, and to pair with that he has also been without at least one of his top pass catchers in each game. Brady should be treated as a fringe QB1 still going forward as long as these performances do not persist.
